Automation + reporting saves time for a more streamlined guest experience

PicThrive AutoEnhance makes every image shareable

PicThrive customers are now selling images automatically enhanced using AI. Our product team has cleverly applied image enhancing artificial intelligence to instantly update the exposure, color and it will fix any shadows or highlights. This requires no editing on our end, and is automatically applied when photos are uploaded. 

AutoEnhance also benefits operator sales opportunities. When guests see those higher quality images, they are more likely to purchase. 

There’s also a great way to streamline the album gallery check out process. Operators using Integration Auto Complete are seeing an uptake on their all-digital touchless conversions.  AutoComplete pulls contact info from the waiver into the album purchase process to make it easy to complete checkout. Operators sending out any order from the workspace just have to type a guest’s email, and PicThrive automatically fills in the rest of the info, by using the integration info.

Top-line revenue benefit continues through end of 2022

Our COVID Recovery Fee is STILL active for your online store! 

At the beginning of the pandemic, PicThrive looked for ways to help partners recover. We have learned the savings we created from the merchant fee discount is valuable to customers, so we decided to keep it. 

Operators are putting the discount to work

  • Some of our partners offer a slight discount for the first 24 hours, to get guests to purchase during this window as well, in order to capture the savings.
  • For the first 24 hours after the album creation, you’ll benefit from a 2.9% transaction fee + a $0.30 charge for Stripe (US Stripe, Domestic cards) + $3 per transaction instead of the 20% transaction fee.

Wow guests with more branded souvenir shopping moments

Many PicThrive partners depend on a kiosk in their retail souvenir shop to make photo and video sales a part of the on-site experience. So we continue to support unique developments for kiosk sales. Another in-store opportunity for sales

Guests can now preview photo galleries and quickly scan for their faces. The PicThrive kiosk app offers a Zoomed Faces feature at the bottom of each photo. 

  • Additional updates include a language button in the top corner that supports 11 different languages. No matter where guests are from, they can buy their photos using their own language. 
  • Scan a QR code to pay GPay and Apple pay directly on guest phones.

The PicThrive TV Slideshow app

Many operators take advantage of the in-store display to show guests’ photos before they purchase. Drop the cables, cords, and plugging in jump drives, switch to the Slideshow App.

  • All you need is an Amazon Firestick or a Google TV stick, and you’re ready to go!
